The Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter is requesting donations from the community. The shelter is in need of puppy food, dog food, canned cat food, cat litter and bleach.

Donations can be dropped off at the shelter which is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
